Daytona Beach Resort — 11th floor Oceanview Condo

This is one of the condos that I have available for rental at
Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. This is the 11th floor oceanview condo.
This condo is in the 14 story tower and the balcony is on the north side of the building.
This condo is the least expensive option that I have available at this location.
Total square footage is 330 sq ft. This is a studio.  Sleeping-kitchen  is all in same area.

Microwave oven – all cooking and eating utensils

Here is the highlight of this room…. from the 11th floor there is an awesome view
of the ocean from any location in this room.

There is a round table with 2 chairs.

And here we are out on the balcony looking over at the ocean.

Now the balcony is 13 ft long, but the width is about 10-12 inches.
This would be a standing room only type balcony. We do have 2 stools
on the balcony so you can sit out and see the ocean.

Now I am looking left — as you can see there is a view of the river from this vantage point.

Here we go — back to the view on the beach.

This would be a great room for a couple or small family or anyone who wants to travel
inexpensively.
